DISH these days declared a cooperation with Qualcomm to allow assistance of satellite-based marketing and sales communications in Qualcomm's Snapdragon S4 MSM8960 foundation, the first dual-core remedy with a multi-mode 3G/LTE hub, for use later on DISH wifi gadgets.
